For this client, we replaced a very old and worn block rail. We removed the old rails and aligned and secured the new rails onto the existing structure. The challenge for this project was to complete all the work within a week, so we worked through the weekends.
Ultimately, the crane rail was delivered on time and was able to be put back into service on Monday. Another challenge was covering the surrounding area to prevent sparks and debris. This was executed effectively in consultation with the client.
