For this job, Kraan en Baan Techniek removed and replaced the old block rails of the crane rail. The rails are used by 2 overhead cranes, also known as gantry cranes, as referred to in Belgium. The old rails were no longer in good condition due to burrs and cracks on the running surface. This resulted in rapid wear on the crane wheels, necessitating earlier replacements.
